The Cornelia dress is a pretty garment to knit for a child. It features a wide skirt and a decorative yoke in two-tone Fair Isle.
First, the raglan yoke is worked from front to back to create a keyhole opening in the back. The skirt is worked in round stockinette stitch and shaped with augmentations. The length of the skirt can be easily adjusted and the dress can be made with or without sleeves.
The knitting kit includes:
- The required quantity of main color according to the size chosen from Arwetta by Filcolana ( 80% merino superwash, 20% nylon)
- 1 ball of 977- Marzipan for the contrasting color of Arwetta by Filcolana color ( 80% merino superwash, 20% nylon)
You'll need (not included in kit):
- English pattern to buy on Ravelry
- 2.5 mm and 3 mm needles
- A 12 mm to 15 mm button
- Markers
- Blocking kit
